General


When will I receive my order?
To track your order, click here and enter your order number and billing zip code. You will then be able to see all of your order and shipping info.

What is your return policy?
For merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, there is a short window of time in which you can cancel your order. Visit our Cancelation Policy page for more info.

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers and retail stores

Do you ship internationally?

What payment methods do you accept?
Sonemone.com accepts the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal*.

Why is my item on backorder?
Occasionally, an item for sale on Sonemone.com has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that we have trouble keeping it in stock. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag.

We will email you with any date changes.


Do you offer price adjustments?
We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item from our website if it goes on sale within 14 days of your order shipment date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Where is it manufactured?
Sonemone has cooperated with a professional and the most qualified manufacturer in China.


Cancelation Policy

Can I cancel my order?
After your order is placed, you have a short window of time to cancel. If you are unable to cancel your order, you can return or exchange it after you receive your order.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, visit your Order Details page. If we are able to cancel your order, you will see a button that says Cancel Order. If you do not see the Cancel Order button, we are unable to cancel your order before it ships.
Once your order is sucessfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. You will not be charged for any canceled merchandise. Please allow 1-3 business days for pending charges to be removed from your account.


Why can't I cancel my order?
We start preparing orders to ship shortly after orders are placed. If you are unable to cancel your order, it means we are already working on getting it to you asap! If you change your mind and are unable to cancel your order, you can return or exchange it after you receive it.


How do I cancel part of my order?
Unfortunately, we are only able to cancel complete orders at this time. If you would still like part of your order, you can cancel the order and place an order for only the items you would like.
If part of your order is on backorder and you've changed your mind about the backordered item(s), you can contact us to cancel.

Orders

Check Status and Track Your Order
After you place your order, we'll email you an order confirmation that includes an order number. Use your order number to to check the status or track your order. Just click here and enter your order number and billing zip code to view your order and shipping details.

Shipping Process
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, Sonemone.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Backorders

Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
Sonemone.com accepts the following forms of payment:

If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be other issues with the card like a passed expiration date or insufficient funds. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information if you continue to experience difficulties with your payment.


Payment Process
When you place an order on Sonemone.com, your credit or debit card is initially authorized (not charged) to ensure funds for the order are available. This authorization hold (not charge) will occur every 7 business days until your order ships. You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax in all states as required. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable.
